The fully centrally heated property can sleep up to 10 persons in 5 bedrooms comprising of 3 doubles and 2 twin rooms.
The front door leads to a beamed living room with an area of 55sq m. There is a traditional Breton fireplace made of local stone into which is set a wood burning stove. The floor is tiled and there are exposed stone walls throughout.
The sitting area has settees, armchairs, a coffee table, a TV and Freesat.
The Dining area seats up to 14 people and the fitted kitchen has a built in electric oven, 4 gas hob burner with extractor hood, a full size dishwasher, 2 under counter fridges and a countertop freezer. There are ample of appliances including kettle, toaster, coffee maker and plenty of crockery, cutlery, utensils and glasses.
There is a downstairs cloakroom with toilet, shower cubicle and wash hand basin. Also a washing machine is plumbed in for guests use.
Next to the cloakroom there is a double bedroom with a large ensuite shower room/wet room. This area is very suitable for visitors with mobility problems as it contains an extra wide sliding door to the bathroom to allow access for wheelchair use. This area consists of pull ceiling switches, a ‘roll in shower’, toilet and wash hand basin. Along with access to the main house via an internal door this bedroom also has a separate front door which opens out on to the front of the property making independent access for the guest if required.
A hand built wooden staircase gives access to four bedrooms and a large shower room.
Two of the bedrooms are equipped with double beds and two with twin beds. Both doubles and one of the twin rooms have floor to ceiling windows which look over the front garden of the property.
The entire upstairs area has parquet flooring with rugs in each bedroom, wardrobes and dressing tables.
All bedding and bath/hand towels are provided. Please provide your own Beach towels.
