Booking

Please complete the booking enquiry form and submit the enquiry.

We will contact you to confirm availability and discuss any special requirements.

We will then send you a separate booking form. On receipt of this along with your deposit (25% of your booking cost), we will then confirm your booking.

The balance of your booking plus a security deposit of £300 (see security deposit information) will be required 8 weeks before the arrival date.

All prices are shown in pound sterling per week, bookings are Saturday to Saturday, arrival time 16:00 departure by 10:00am.

Minimum booking 7 nights.

If you prefer to pay by Euro or require a different period or start date please do not hesitate to contact us.

Gas & electric is included for the duration of your stay. An initial supply of wood for the wood burning stove will be provided, further supplies may be purchased by agreement.

Please leave the gite as you would expect to find it, brushes, cleaning products and a hoover are provided.

Please note as the gite is based in rural France there are no mains sewers and a Fosse Septic is in place. Please avoid putting anything down the toilets except for standard toilet paper. Any blockages may require a call out and will incur costs.

Sorry no pets are allowed.

The security deposit is intended to cover loss, damages or repairs incurred during your vacation. This will be returned in full normally within 21 days after your departure date, providing no loss, damage repairs, remedial works or external cleaning services are required. Should an incident occur please report this as soon as possible to help us minimize the costs. A deduction will be made to cover any costs incurred.
